Has anyone ever had an ingrown toe nail?

i want to now what it feels like and what i need to do to fix it. My big toe used to be a little numb at the tip and now it hurts really bad. it doesn't look infected but im in severe pain. what do i do please help.Has anyone ever had an ingrown toe nail?

you have to pull up the affected corner w/ fingernail cleaning under the nail tool, and then slide a small piece of cotton ball under it, yes, it hurts bad, but i've done it and it relieves the pressure on the affected area and it eventually goes away....Has anyone ever had an ingrown toe nail?

she says it hurts when you walk on it, shes 14, and she needs surgery right now but she would be awake while and they wouldnt numb her and they said it would hurt so she decided not to have, she says it doesnt always hurt but if it continues to she needs to get surgery soon
yes i have. you need to take a sharp instrument (clean of course) and kind of dig the ingrown toenail slowly out of the corner of your toe. if the nail is grown into the skin, a nail clipper will help you get it out. of course, a doctor is always the answer.



Sometimes this happens to me if I walk or run a lot especially downhill. Because your feet slip in the shoe and your nails get pushed it. Just guessing that might be happening.
yeah, you need anti-biotics to fix it so go to your doctor. or else you can get sick if you let the infection grow
i had to go have mine cut out,hurt bad when the shot wore off.
yes I have heared of it. take nail clippers and clip it out. youll feel 100% better after that.
